How much is shipping and insurance?
We have included shipping and insurance in the pricing anywhere in the USA. If you are ordering more than one item, we will combine them and issue you a credit for the difference.

Can I ship multiple items to different addresses?
Yes you can. If you are planning to do this, please contact us. We'll work with you to get your shipping instructions handled properly.

How can I order a customized frame?
The easiest way is to go to the products section. This will take you through all the necessary steps.

How do I send an actual photo to you?
Your choices include: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Each has its own versions of overnight, fast service, and regular processing. You select the one that you like the best. Be sure to put some cardboard on both sides of the picture, include your payment, and the order form which you can print from here.

Will I get my photo back?
Absolutely yes. We enclose it with your delivered product. We scan the picture into our computer system so we do not actually physically use your photo in our processes.

What is the finished panel made of?
The customized products use a different processs. For the carving we use a modern material which is a blend of natural materials and a polymer. It is extremely durable and shouldn't change or crack with time. The original lithophanes are made out of porcelain which is extremely delicate. We were looking for a more durable material but one that will still have a high quality look and feel to it.

Can I keep our panel lite all the time?
The Light Bulb we use is an energy efficient Light bulb. This combines three qualities. The light bulb takes little electricity to light up. It is very durable and long lasting and it doesn't get hot. Most of our customers keep the light on all the time to get the full effect.

How long does it take to get my product?
Please refer to our Delivery-time page for information on time frames. In general, it takes us about 2-3 weeks from the time we get the photo/order until the product is out the door. We do accept some rush orders.

What are my payment options?
You are more then welcome to send us a check by mail, a bank wire transfer, or your credit card information on-line. (Note: We will not ship until the check has cleared our bank.)

What happens if we are not satisfied with the final product?
We give a 30 day money back guarantee. Go to our returns page which gives you the necessary instructions to get your product back to us.

Can you resize our photo?
We can downsize any photo to fit the product that you are seeking. We cannot upsize a photo and get the quality this product deserves.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes, BUT the electrical components are USA standards (110volt double prong - no ground plug). And, some countries have tarrifs that are not included in our pricing structure. Please contact us if this is what you are wishing to do.

What Photo should I choose?
The one or ones that you like the best.

Remember:

  • The quality of the product you choose is directly related to the quality of the photo.
  • Photos with both light and dark areas are best to give you a contast.
  • You must own the photo. We are not allowed by law to reproduce copyrighted photos produced by someone other than its owner.
  • It can be a color photo or a black & white one

    We have a very limited staff. Please send us an email or FAX, we will call you back. Our hours range from around 9am to around 7pm Monday thru Saturday.
