IMPORTANT: Christmas orders must be into our offices no later than November 25th. We cannot guarantee deliveries any later than this for christmas.

Go to the Products page, select the group from there. We offer Customized and in-stock lithophanes, as well as gift certificates.

Shipping:
We ship USPS - Priority Flat Rate (plus insurance on shipments over $100). Your package will arrive in 2 - 3 days from when we ship it (see the Timetable above).
Most of our customers only order one item at a time. So, the pricing is based upon that. If, however, you order more than one item, we will combine the shipping and credit your account with the difference in shipping charges. We will email you as soon as your shipment has left and we have the actual amount of the shipping in hand. In most cases, you will see a credit to your account the same day that your items shipped.

Tracking:
When we ship, we will email you the tracking information. This will give you a notice of shipping and a way to watch its progress on-line.

Rush Orders:
We strongly recommend that you do NOT try to rush custom built nightlight or lamp orders. With that said, we will accept some rush orders, depending upon the time of year (none at Christmastime) and the amount of time you are requesting. In all cases, please contact us with your request in the comments field.
We will call you back to discuss your specific request and proceed from there.

Guarantee:
We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. The details will be included with your shipment. Generally, we will credit you with your full purchase price when we have received your product in our offices. This does not include shipping the product back to us. Your satisfaction is our goal.

Returns:
While we do not require a reason for the return, it would help us in making sure that we continually provide you with quality products, that you would be proud to display in your home or office.
If you are contemplating returning an order, please complete the attached form first. It will advise us to accept the return. Absolutely no returns will be accepted on a COD or postage incomplete basis.
If you have received damaged goods, please complete the carriers claim for the damaged products and follow their instructions. We are not responsible for damages caused in shipping.
